About Us We are a family owned business Original Pool Guys in Melbourne is owned and operated by Tony Guseli. It's no exaggeration to say Tony knows swimming pools and spas inside and out. Tony got his first water testing kit aged 4 and began working in the family swimming pool construction business after leaving school. There he mastered all facets of pool and spa construction, equipment servicing and water balancing from his father Don, a pioneer of the industry and founder of Mediterranean Custom Pools. For the past 15 years Tony has been building and servicing pools and spas and is well known in the industry. In 2013, he was recognised by SPASA, awarded best residential pool under $50k.
