Step 2) FREE CONSULT/ASSESSMENT/SESSION:
This is where we sit down and get crystal clear around your goals and how we are going to get you there. We then do your assessment to see how you move and finish with your first PT session. This is also a time for us to see whether we'd like to work with each other.

If we both feel we're a good fit, I'll tailor a package that's right for your individual needs and schedule.
