We are a hot yoga studio based on the northern end of the Gold Coast. February is classes on our schedule to help you discover your Yoga practice. all our classes are open to all levels from the beginning to the not so much,we wish to create a space that empowers you you should you choose to challenge yourself, create space within for contemplation and acceptance of the amazing human you are! Through contemplation and self-reflection you are able to let go of any preconceived ideas or belief systems you have placed upon yourself and have the opportunity to heal, let go and grow by doing so inspire others in your life.
